I’m Laura Gutwein. I love family, friends, and food, I hate strict schedules, and I usually eat salad for breakfast.

I’m committed to guiding you to add in food and movement that nourishes your body, reduces bloating, and helps you lose weight. Strategies to manage your stress will bring joy and improve your energy. You deserve to be the healthiest version of yourself, and I’m here to help.

I’ve been where you’re at. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with so much health information available. I’ve tried everything from strict eating and workout plans to doing whatever I wanted and crossing my fingers I’d get it right.

After 20+ years as an RN, focusing on sick care, I realized my passion was helping women find the routines and rhythms that promote personal wellness. Not extreme solutions- just consistent, practical, sustainable changes. I know how important it is for you to care well for yourself so you can care well for your loved ones.

I went back to school and got my health coaching certification with a speciality in Hormone Health. I’m shifting my focus from prescriptions to partnering with women in order to help them discover how to feel their best.

My clients tell me that they value my real, whole life approach. I’ve been told that I have the unique ability to help women discover doable solutions to their health concerns.
